Friday saw a mixed bag of favorites and prices. We ran 2nd with my best long shot in Race 9, its a really nice day if he wins but he wasn’t quite good enough. Race 10 was ridiculous with he 2 horse scratching, then the 1 horse ws declared a scratch. They then let him run for purse money only………and he wins the race. An absolute joke and I should have just skipped the race completely as our best bet was too low to play after the scratches. Tough way to end the day.
Today we have a mix of favorites we will use in P3-5 wagers, as well as a couple low priced favorites we will try and beat. I have designated horses for win bets.
As far as the horizontal wagers at the bottom of the page, your bankroll will determine what you play. Most of you will play win tickets and exactas, no problem. You can also play some of the cheaper P3/4 tickets. I always advocate getting friends together and pool your money, much like what I do with my buddy Tony, and split the cost up.
